When do the Subscription Boxes Ship?

All boxes ship the first week of the new month. 

 

When will I be charged for my Subscription box?

You will be charged the day that you sign up for the Subscription box. Then automatically each month after on the same date that you signed up on. 

What is the cut-off date for payments?

All Subscription Boxes that have been paid for by the end of the month will be shipped out the first week of the new month.

When will I receive my Subscription Box?

All Subscription boxes will be shipped out the first week of the new month. The average time from drop at the shipping location to in your hands is 3 - 5 days. 

I live locally to the shop, Can I pick up in person?

Absolutely! If you choose to pick up when ordering your box will also be ready the first week of the new month. Just stop by during normal business hours and pick up in person.

Can I cancel by Subscription Box?

We will miss you if you do! But, yes you can cancel anytime after your first shipment. You can also just pause temporally too! To cancel or pause your Subscription box login to your account, click on manage my subscription, scroll to the bottom of the page and you will find the option to pause or cancel. Nice and Easy!
